To give the client a basis they can calculate on: named deliverables, fixed prices stated before the meeting, and a gate between each phase — so the largest decision most people take in their lives is taken on knowledge, not on trust alone.

Every document has a name and a purpose before we start. Every price is on the site before we meet. Every rule we refer to has a date and a section. Take the list to the others, and ask whether you get the same.
We stop when the contractor is chosen — deliberately. We do not bid on what we write requirements for, own no stakes in the suppliers we point to, and never recommend ourselves in a note you have paid for.
Findings are kept apart from assessments. Every figure in the material is checked against every other — automatically, every time a document set is built. A check that has never failed proves nothing; that is why we insert errors on purpose.
Design and data in the same process. Drawing, energy frame, carbon calculation and model are one document set — and what is written down in phase 0 is what operations can use in ten years.

Tomasz Antczak
Tomasz leads Advisory & Design and is the client's fixed contact person from the first meeting to the recommendation of the contractor. He is responsible for the design brief, the design, the energy frame, the carbon calculation and the permit design — and for every phase ending in a report that can be approved, priced and built from.
He founded SYNEGRO on the principle this site is built on: that the client should be able to see the whole list of deliverables, the price and the gate before signing — and that a fixed price must be defensible document by document if it is challenged.
Anders Jeppesen
Anders leads Digital Transformation and BIM management. He writes down the client's information need before tool, level or supplier is chosen, sets the requirements for models and data in formats that can be checked — and holds the models together through design, so they say the same as the drawings, the budget and the carbon calculation.
He is responsible for BIM specifications, model coordination and the data standards that tie the phases together — and for checking that what the partners deliver matches what was agreed, so the model can be used by those who will operate the building.
We stop when the contractor has been chosen. On purpose.
We do not do site management, trade supervision or handover. We stop at the recommendation of the contractor, because we would rather be independent of the people who build than manage them — so our assessment of the bids is not coloured by who we will be working alongside afterwards. If you need site management, we help you find it and write the agreement. It says so on page 1 of the proposal, not at the back of the agreement.
We do not do construction management, site supervision or handover. We stop at the award recommendation, because we would rather be independent of those who build than manage them — so the evaluation of the tenders is not coloured by whom we will work with afterwards. Construction management is tendered separately; we write the handover note for whoever takes over. It is in the scope definition on page 1.
- NoSite managementSomeone has to be on site every day. That is a different job from designing — and it should be bought from someone who did not also draw the house.
- NoTrade supervision and handoverSupervision, the handover inspection and the 1- and 5-year inspections are agreed separately before construction starts. We write the handover note for whoever takes over.
- NoBidding on what we write the requirements forIf we write the tender material or the BIM requirements, we do not bid on the delivery. And we never recommend ourselves in a note you have paid for.
- NoStakes in suppliersWe own no part of the scanning, software or BI companies we point to. You see the partner's price yourself; our coordination is a line of its own.
- NoTax deductions we cannot promiseConsultancy is not deductible in Denmark. The Danish home improvement deduction ended in 2022. We never hold out the prospect of a deduction.
- NoAn interest in the answer, without saying soThe assessment of the purchasing route is the contracting authority's own. We provide the basis — and say where we ourselves have an interest in what the answer turns out to be.
