One task. One price. A one-page agreement.
You have a consultant, a contractor or a project — and one piece is missing: the carbon calculation for the permit application, an energy frame, documentation of a U-value, or someone to read a bid through before you sign. We do that as a single task: defined, a fixed price incl. VAT, and an agreement that fits on one page.
The administration has a case running and needs one piece of documentation or one independent assessment. The single tasks have a fixed price excl. VAT, can be ordered on a requisition without a tender process, and are invoiced in arrears as an e-invoice.
Calculated by the methods the municipality assesses by — and documented so they can be filed.
Carbon calculation (LCA) for the permit application
Detached house, extension or holiday home. Modules A1–A3, B4, B6 and C3–C4 against the limit value, with a reduction track if the house does not hold. You get the report and the spreadsheet.
Energy frame calculation
A full calculation on the basis the municipality recognises, validated against the Energy Agency's reference sheet. For the building permit — or to know how far the house is from the low energy class.
U-value documentation of one building element
A calculation to DS 418 with layers, λ-values and linear thermal bridges, held against the relevant requirement. For a building case, an energy label or a dispute with a contractor.
An independent pair of eyes before you sign.
Review of a contractor's bid
Is it compliant, what is not included, where are the reservations, and what is missing before three bids can be compared? A two-page note with the questions you should ask.
Review of a consultancy proposal
What are the deliverables, what is not covered, what do the specialists cost, and what are the terms of engagement? We use our own checklist for comparing proposals — including on proposals from others.
Is your project still valid?
A project from a previous consultant, an unused building permit or a project that came with the site — held against the rules that apply today. Three levels, fully deducted if you carry on with us.
Screening of a site before purchase
Local plan, plot ratio, building lines, soil, climate designation and the requirements a house on the site would have to meet. A four-page note, before you bid.
The permits that are often forgotten — until they are missing.
Application for an infiltration permit (soakaway)
The soakaway has its own permit under the Danish Environmental Protection Act — alongside the building permit. Sizing, drawing and the application to the municipality.
Environmental screening and waste notification for a renovation
Triggered above 1 tonne of waste or by sealed units from 1950–1977 — whatever the quantity. Screening, notification at least two weeks before start, and a brief for an asbestos survey where required. Laboratory analyses are charged separately at the laboratory's price.
Permit application for a smaller case
Carport, shed, small extension or change of use — the application via Byg og Miljø with the documentation the municipality requires. Price after clarifying what already exists.
A fixed price per task. No minimum invoice, no start-up fee.
Each single task has one fixed price that covers what the description says — no more, no less. If the task grows beyond what was agreed, we say so before we use the hours, and extra work is charged at DKK 750 per hour excl. VAT. If the task requires something we do not do — a certified structural engineer, a land surveyor, a laboratory — we say so in the clarification.
One page: the task, what is not included, the price incl. VAT, delivery and the 14-day right of withdrawal. Payment after delivery, net 14 days.
One page: the task, the scope, the price excl. VAT and delivery. Requisition and EAN number, invoice in arrears, net 30 days.
If the single task leads to us taking on the whole case within a year, it is fully deducted from the fee for the phase it belongs to.
Three of the tasks have a free, indicative version: the U-value calculator, the energy frame calculator and the climate check. The calculator gives an answer. The single task gives a documented one.
Tell us what you are missing. You get one page back.
With the task, the price and the delivery date. If it is not a single task, we say what it is instead.
